This hotel exceeded our high expectations with its great location just a short distance from everything we needed, and the restaurant was excellent, so we would definitely recommend it.

In the positive aspect, the hotel was beautifully decorated and had a lot of attention to detail. It had a real old-world charm but with all the modern conveniences you could need. the rooms were comfortable and well equipped with quality appliances. the host, Denise, was very responsive and made our stay welcoming with little extra touches like chocolates and freshly ground coffee in the fridge. the location was convenient with a nearby shopping precinct for groceries. It was a peaceful and quiet area, making it a relaxing stay.

On the negative side, it would be helpful if the bathroom description included that the shower was over the spa and not easily accessible for people with reduced mobility. This could be a minor inconvenience for some guests.

This hotel has fantastic facilities and comfortable beds in the family king suite, making it a wonderful place to wrap up our Christmas celebrations.
